Officially registered under the name RESTO PUB LA TOUR À BIÈRES, the bistro-brewery initially sold its entire production on location, at 517, rue Racine Est, in the Chicoutimi District of Saguenay City, PQ.

But demand for their original premium beers rose fast, and distribution was expanded by setting up bottling operations. Today, the Tour à Bières markets 8 types of beer in 660 ml bottles. Bottling is still done by hand today, in the production area of the bistro.

Research & development is at the heart of the commercial venture, and keeps it ahead of the competition. Their goal is to always innovate, and in doing so give customers full satisfaction. Their brewers are always on the lookout for new products to develop, as demonstrated by the large number of beers already available. In fact, over 25 different beer recipes have been marketed to this day. And more than ten types of beer are continually available on location, in 12 and 20 ounce glasses. A great way to discover Tour à Bières products is to order a "Sampling Tower". The concept lets you sample 5 to 7 types of beer, served in four-ounce glasses arranged in a tower-like tray.
